1.1 We, Harrington Drilling Pty Ltd ACN 074 542 448 are committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

Examples of Personal Information we collect includes names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, credit history, transactional history, banking details and insurances.
2.2 This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including from application or registration forms, supplementary forms, letters, emails or as derived in meetings, telephone conversations or written exchanges.
2.3 Wherever possible, we collect Personal Information from the person concerned, but we may obtain information about a person from others. Collection of information via third persons may take the form of details held by: (a) credit reporting bodies; (b) other businesses that we deal with in the course of providing our services; and (c) third party referrals.
2.4 We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients, for accounting, billing and other internal administrative purposes, marketing and any other legal requirements.

4.2 However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties. In such a case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.

6.3 However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in digital client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

7.1 You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.
7.2 Harrington Drilling Pty Ltd ACN 123 456 789 will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
7.3 In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
8. Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information
8.1 It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
